Spicy paneer momos

For the momos:

(100g) All purpose flour/ Maidha
For the filling:
(150g) Paneer          
(1) Onion    
(1) Tomato
(2 pods) Garlic         
Chilly powder
Pepper powder
Coriander powder
For the chutney:
(2) Tomatoes
(4) Dried red chillies
(2 pods) Garlic
  1. Add some salt, oil and adequate water to all purpose flour. Mix all the ingredients together till a non-sticky consistency is achieved. Roll the dough similar to chapathi and cut out circles with a bowl as shown.
  2. Now for the filling, fry a small spoon of jeera in a pan of hot oil, add finely chopped garlic, onions, tomato and capsicum, fry till the raw smell ceases to exist. Add paneer, some chilly and coriander powder. Finally add some salt to taste. Add just 1 spoon full of the filling onto the circle and wrap it up the best you can.
  3. Steam or Fry or both. 😋
    Steam it in an idli stand for 10-12 minutes, with just a little water in the pressure cooker. Do not place the whistle on the cooker, rather cover it with a bowl/glass. 
    If you prefer your momos fried, fry them till they turn golden brown and take off the excess oil.
  4. The chutney completes the momos. The easiest way to make a spicy tasty chutney is to simply boil 2 tomatoes and 5-6 chillies in water depending on your tolerance for spice for 5-7 minutes. Peel the skin of the tomatoes after it cools down. Transfer the ingredients into a blender. Add 2 pods of garlic, salt and blend into a fine paste.
  5. Serve hot with spicy chutney.
